Suzhou, China, November 25, 2019. Eddingpharm announced today the official unveiling of Ceclor Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Suzhou Industrial Park.
Formerly known as Eli Lilly Suzhou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. , the company covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has more than 200 employees. It is the first MFG base of Eddingpharm with Good Manufacturing Practices license (GMP) granted dedicated to manufacturing antibiotic Ceclor® (oral cephalosporin) products of different dosage forms, including suspension, capsules, and tablets.
In April 2019, Eddingpharm has entered into an agreement with Eli Lilly to get the rights in China and some European countries for two legacy Lilly antibiotic medicines, Ceclor® and Vancocin®, as well as a manufacturing facility in Suzhou, China. Eddingpharm will adhere to its international standards of manufacturing capability and better serve the Chinese market and patient needs.
